“Representing our communities has been an absolute honor, I’ve enjoyed meeting people from around the district and listening to their concerns about government.  If re-elected, I will continue to remain accessible to my constituents.  It doesn’t matter if there is a need to change legislation or you just need someone to pray with you, my door is always open.”

Vaught was asked to join the House Leadership team in January 2017 and is currently the Chair of House Management, the first female to ever hold this position.
